But C.J. refuses to lend a hand, and the couple is forced to look for help elsewhere. Luckily, Molly’s mother (Mary Gordon) devises a foolproof plan to support the show. The trio announces that they will dial numbers at random and give away big prizes to those tuned into the show – and like it did for the true Pot O’ Gold radio show – the plan works beautifully in this delightful musical comedy.;
