Mary's daughterRose is a student at New York University and Phoda's Meredith is pre-med at Columbia. They now face the challenges of motherhood and re-establishing their careers in a very difficult time. Once again, Mary and Phoda take on these challenges by trusting their intuitions with that distinct sense of humor and sophistication they made famous in the original television series.
