Travelling along with him is young Jamie Mcpheeters (kurt Russell) the precocious son of a doctor. Both Jamie and Linc get more than they bargained for in this sleepy little desert town.; Jamie befriends a crazy old man who's staying at the inn, and listens with rapt attention to the old man's tales of a lost gold mine.; Meanwhile Linc finds that the waitress at the local inn is his old flame, who he thought was killed in a gunfight years ago. She's now married to a man who would like nothing better than to get revenge against Linc.; When her Husband finds out about who's staying at the inn, Guns of Diablo builds to its explosive climax.
