A rock encyclopedia at the time wrote about the 'dreamer, warrior, lover, story teller, peacemaker and rock legionnaire' Phil Lynott.The charismatic bassist, singer and composer had founded the Hardrock, Rhythm & Blues band together with Eric Bell and Brian Downey in 1969, 14 years later he broke up the band after continual coming and going of the guitarists.
